THE AVIATE ARCADE

Six ways to fight an ERP

Every game here is built on the ELEVATE Framework — seven dimensions, seven waves, seven landings — and every one stars the chevron. Post a score to the board and see how your incident response stacks up.

ELEVATE Invaders

Seven waves of ERP issues descend in formation, one wave per dimension — Environment throws Disk Full and Network Lag at you, Economics closes with License Sprawl. Fly the chevron, keep the firewalls standing, and clear the sky.

What's Eating You?

The chevron, turned on its side, eats its way through a maze of open tickets while four chronic problems give chase — Slow VM, Shadow IT, Lock-in. Grab an ELEVATE Assessment and, briefly, the problems become the ones getting eaten.

Scope Creep

Lead the project through the sprint board and take on feature requests — one more field, just a button, a quick integration. Every one you accept makes the project longer, until you trip over your own scope. Gold tokens are scope cuts. Use them.

Clear the Backlog

Seven rows of issues stacked one dimension per row, a chevron for a paddle, and a fix for a ball. The paddle's arms throw the ball out at an angle; gold-ringed issues take two hits. AUTOMATE widens the paddle, HOTFIX adds a second ball.

Go-Live Landing

The chevron is the project, the budget is the fuel. Bring it down on the GO-LIVE pad slowly, straight, and with budget to spare — seven landings, each with a smaller pad, more wind, and a tighter budget. Come in too fast and it's a hard go-live.

Incident Command

Six client sites, three response teams, seven waves of incoming issues. Tap where you want a fix to burst and the nearest team responds; an issue caught in the burst is resolved and sets off its own. Ringed issues split on the way down. Ration your fixes.

HOUSE RULES

How the board works

Post from any gameWhen a run ends, a panel under the game offers to post your score. Name goes on the board; email is optional and never shown.
Humans onlyPosting is protected by a quick verification check, and each game has a plausibility ceiling — so the board stays honest-ish.
Sound and themeEvery game has synthesized sound (M to mute) and follows the site's light or dark mode.
The chevronIt's the ship, the mouth, the head, the paddle, the lander, and the response team. Same chevron, six jobs.
